RETURNS

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 30 business days of the delivery date.

• Returned items must be complete, unused and have their tags attached.

• Customers will not be refunded for the original shipping costs and must cover any additional costs associated with shipping and/or customs duties.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, we ask you to return your original order first. Once we have received your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition and send you a gift card by email.

You can use your gift card to purchase any product on our website up to the same value. Please note that our gift cards never expire.

1. Your Right to Withdraw from the Purchase

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product (or, in the case of orders delivered in several shipments, the last product). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the period expires.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

You must notify María Paz Álvarez Antúnez (DESTANTS) of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement addressed to C/ de la Diputació, 287, 08009 Barcelona, Spain, or by email to shop@destants.com. You may use the model withdrawal form provided in the appendix, although this is not mandatory. We will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal notice by email.

3. Consequences: Refund

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

4. Returning the Products

You must return the products to us without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal, to the following address: C/ de la Diputació, 287, 08009 Barcelona, Spain.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Liability for Diminished Value

You may handle the product in the same way you would in a physical store to establish its nature and characteristics. You will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. In such cases, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

(a) Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as items from the Atelier collection made to order or items featuring personalized engraving; and

(b) Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (for example, earrings with a hygienic seal).

7. Relationship with Our 30-Day Policy

In addition to this statutory right, DESTANTS offers a commercial 30-day returns and exchanges policy subject to its own conditions (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

This policy is an additional benefit and does not, under any circumstances, limit or replace the statutory right of withdrawal described on this page. Within the statutory 14-day period, the conditions set out on this page will always apply, including a monetary refund issued to the original payment method.
