At Destants, your opinion matters to us, and our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your item(s). To proceed with an exchange, please contact us at shop@destants.com with your order number.

The conditions to accept an exchange or return are as follows: the product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original tag and seal intact, and returned together with the purchase receipt within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the corresponding return shipping costs.

Items from the Atelier section are not eligible for exchanges or returns, as they are exclusive, handcrafted pieces made to order.

Shipping and returns are strictly limited to within the European Union. Purchases and/or returns from outside the European Union will not be accepted.
