Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with DESTANTS. This policy explains how we prepare and ship your orders, what shipping costs apply, and what you can expect after placing an order.
All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
1. Order Processing
Unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page or during checkout, orders are prepared and shipped as soon as possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, provided that the selected shipping method supports tracking.
Transit times begin once the order has been shipped, not when the purchase is placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods, their costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout, before you confirm your order.
The delivery times stated in this policy refer to estimated shipping transit times and do not include order processing time. These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed upon, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will fulfil our obligations in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The applicable cost will be displayed during checkout, before you complete your order.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of €180 or more in Spain and in the European Union countries included in our shipping area. This offer does not apply to shipments to Argentina.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates and conditions displayed at checkout. If any special promotion applies, its terms will be specified during the checkout process.
Taxes and Import Charges
The prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise before checkout is completed.
As all orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, standard shipments of goods in free circulation within the EU to other European Union countries are generally not subject to import customs duties between Member States. VAT will be applied in accordance with the relevant tax regulations.
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other local charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid to the relevant authorities or shipping carrier, where applicable.
If taxes or import charges are collected in advance during checkout, this will be indicated before you confirm your order. If they are not collected in advance, you may be required to pay them before delivery or when receiving your package.
Import charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, value, and other applicable circumstances. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.
4. Shipping Destinations and Rates
DESTANTS offers the following shipping options, depending on the destination country.
Spain
- Standard shipping: €3.95, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 days.
- Free standard shipping: on orders of €180 or more.
- Express shipping: €4.95, with an estimated transit time of 1–4 days.
Rest of the European Union
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and other destinations listed in our shipping area.
- International standard shipping: €7.99, with an estimated transit time of 4–10 days.
- Free international standard shipping: on orders of €180 or more.
- International express shipping: €8.99, with an estimated transit time of 2–7 days.
Argentina
- Standard shipping: €15, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 days.
- The free standard shipping offer on orders of €180 or more does not apply to Argentina.
Orders shipped to Argentina may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and delays caused by customs procedures. Any applicable charges collected during checkout will be displayed before you complete your order. Charges that have not been collected in advance are the recipient’s responsibility, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link, where applicable.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.
If you need to correct any information, contact us as soon as possible at shop@destants.com. Before your order is dispatched, we will do our best to update the information. Once the package is in transit, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed, please contact us at shop@destants.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, help you resolve it with the shipping carrier.
DESTANTS will fulfil its obligations under applicable law. This policy does not limit consumers’ statutory rights regarding delivery, loss, damage, withdrawal, returns, or refunds.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@destants.com.
Before your order has been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once it has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify the order or stop its delivery.
If it is not possible to cancel the order before dispatch, any applicable rights of withdrawal and return under our policies and current legislation will remain in effect.
Any refunds due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and, where possible, using the original payment method.
